We try our best to ship all orders placed with us within a 24hr period, except from Sunday when there is no postal collection.
Free Delivery - Standard 1st Class - Spend over £20 in a single transaction and you will be eligible for free delivery within the UK. Please note that this offer is only available to orders being sent within the UK, via standard 1st class postage.
Standard 1st Class - £1.50 - Please allow 1-2 working days after despatch for your order to arrive. This service does not require a signature. Parcels are not considered late or lost by Royal Mail until after 15 working days from the date of despatch. If this applies to you, please contact Customer Services.
Standard 2nd Class - £0.99 - Please allow 3-5 working days after despatch for your order to arrive. This service does not require a signature. Recorded Delivery - £4 - Please allow 1-2 working days after despatch for your order to arrive. Signature required - please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel is despatched, follow your parcels progress via Royal Mail’s online tracking service. European Delivery - £9 – Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Signature required – please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. (A signature is not required in all countries.)This option is for Europe delivery only, including Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State (Holy See), Gibraltar, Greece, and San Marino. Rest of World Delivery - £16 - For all countries outside the UK and not listed under the European delivery option above. Delivery times vary according to global destination. Signature required – please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. Please Note: We shall have no liability to you for any late delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside of our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to; acts of God, war, flood, fire, strikes, and traffic accidents.
Returns Policy
Faulty Goods/Unhappy with Purchase:
If you wish to return your purchase, please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less delivery costs.
If your item is faulty, please return the item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please note however, that we cannot accept returns of customised, made to order or cut to order goods, unless faulty.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. (You will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package get lost.)
